Garments are printed on demand and are sent to you directly from my printer supplier. Please allow 7 days for production. My supplier uses a Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing method which uses modified inkjet technology to produce high quality images on clothing. The ink is directly absorbed by the fibres of the garment, resulting in a high quality printed image.
Please ignore any washing instructions on the garments as these are for the unprinted basic garment.
Wash inside out at 30 degrees Celsius. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly over the print.
All items are printed to order and delivered straight to you from my supplier. The turnaround time for each order to be made is up to 7 working days, however, the majority of orders are processed within 3 working days. In the event of an unlikely delay, I will contact you.
The shipping costs are in addition to the cost of the garment and will be calculated on purchase.
The buyer is responsible for any additional custom fees due on import.
Refunds and Exchanges

Each product is printed to order, so unfortunately unless there is a fault with the item I am unable to accept returns. If the product is faulty, simply contact me via email with a photo and description of the fault and I’ll arrange a direct replacement.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.
