Becky’s Barn, Auburn

Located on the only brick Route 66 alignment in Illinois, Becky’s Barn sells antiques as well as vintage merchandise.

They also carry Route 66 Soda, Amish jams & jellies, Rat Fink & Route 66 collectibles, and a small collection of road signs.

Their snack shop and information centre offers weary travellers a place to rest a while with an ice cold drink and discuss their Route 66 adventures, or relax to the tunes of their Jukebox full of oldies! Check out their website to get an idea of their varied stock.

  1. If you are driving down route 66, this is a stop you must make. It's full of souvenirs and all kinds of interesting collectibles, memorability. The owners are great and full of history! Don't miss it.

About Driving Route 66

What started as a record of my personal Route 66 experience has grown into an active community of Route 66 veterans and newcomers alike. This website relies entirely on the experiences of its users so please feel free to recommend your own personal favourites.

Every Route 66 road trip is unique, and this site is in no way intended to be a definitive guide to the old road. However, I sincerely hope it offers a starting point to anyone planning their own Route 66 vacation.
